Return Policy – Cuddles Corner (Clothing)
At Cuddles Corner, we strive to deliver a seamless shopping experience with quality clothing. Due to hygiene and quality concerns, we do not accept returns for used, washed, or worn garments.
However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our Customer Care Team within 24-48 hours of delivery.
Return requests will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Clothing showing signs of wear, washing, or alterations will not be eligible for return.
In rare cases of manufacturing defects or wrong product delivery, a return or refund may be initiated post verification, subject to approval.
Refund Policy
Cuddles Corner is not liable for any damage occurring after successful delivery.
To raise a refund claim for damaged / wrong / missing items, customers must provide an unboxing video showing the original packaging. Claims without proper evidence will not be processed.
Return will be accepted with 5 days of delivery.
Damaged product will be delivered within 5 to 10 working days.

If the package appears tampered with or damaged upon delivery, please refuse to accept it and report immediately.
If your order is marked delivered but not received, notify us within 3 days of the delivery status. No claims will be accepted beyond this period.
Refunds (excluding delivery charges) will be processed to the original payment method within 4–7 working days after approval. COD orders will be refunded to the bank account provided by the customer.
Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Upon verification, a decision will be made within 24 hours, and accepted refunds may take up to 15 days to reflect in your account.
We will share all necessary transaction details and screenshots upon refund initiation.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch from our warehouse. A 2.5% payment gateway fee will be deducted from prepaid orders in such cases.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. If a prepaid order is returned to the seller after shipping, a ₹75 deduction will be applied before refund.
Refund for cancelled orders will be credited within 15 days of cancellation approval to the original payment method.
